Reflection:

What this statement probably means is that if honesty is what shows your character and that an honest person wouldn't do what is wrong. But be strong and fair. In other words honesty represents character and the honest man/woman always is fair, respectful, and brave. For example, someone who is honest shows that they are fair and brave, but a dishonest person shows that they are cowards and unfair. Another example is if someone finds someone else’s phone and decides to return it then he is a honest and brave person and if they decide not to turn it in then they are not honest.

This quote means that you shouldn't worry about your future, or past you should worry about what is happening NOW at this moment. For example if you’re taking a test you shouldn't worry about the next question or if you’re going to pass or not pass you should just worry about the question your on at that moment then go on to the next. Also that it doesn't matter if you win or lose but on concentrating on what is happening now. In other words, don’t worry if you’re winning or losing only focus on what is going on right at that very moment.  Another example if you are playing a basketball game and your team is losing, don’t worry about it only focus on what is going on right at that moment; you shouldn't worry about the scoreboard..

          John Wooden, UCLA’s former great basketball coach who lead his teams to ten consecutive national championships, was asked what he attributed his success to. Among a number of things, he mentioned that paying to details was one of the most important qualities for successful coaching and for high achievement in any worthwhile pursuit. He even paid attention to how his players would lace up and tie their shoe strings. If they didn’t tie them correctly, he would teach them how.

I think this statement means that no one is responsible of your learning it’s all up to you nobody else. For example the grade you receive on your report card is upon anybody else it’s the choices, decisions, etc. that you make nobody else. There is nobody to blame but yourself because architect is your own learning. The one that builds their learning is yourself in other words you are responsible for your own education. Another example there is a test the next day and you want to pass it so what you should do instead of cheating is study the night before the test or if you knew about a week ago you could of studied since then, and you are sure to pass the test because you were responsible for your own learning.

Try thinking of the pressure of testing as practice for the work worlds own explosive situations. The best way to curtail pressure and to even eliminate it is to prepare. Applying the motto “Be prepared” holds true first time and every time. Prepare for the test, and you won’t worry about it. What this statement probably means is to start with doing whats right other than doing what you believe is right. In other words, do what is right other than doing what seems right, but really isn't. For example, if you want to tell your parent(s) about an accident that had occurred you believe that you should tell your parents later, but the right thing to do is tell them now and you wont have to worry about not telling them earlier.
