This statement means if you do whats right then you shouldn't have no fear. For example if your doing what your suppose to do and the teacher wants to talk to you, and your already scared when you no you didn't do nothing wrong then you shouldn't have no fear and be scared. But if you do something bad or wrong then you should have a fear.
